Let\u2019s get started with observation. Take a moment to stop what you\u2019re doing and walk around the public areas of your library. How many screens do you count? From screens on public computers, to screens on self-checkouts, to information screens mounted on walls, libraries are full of screens and monitors, many of which sit idle part of the time.<\/p>
