A intera\u00e7\u00e3o com a universidade gerou uma hist\u00f3ria de impacto, ilustrando as mudan\u00e7as significativas promovidas pelas solu\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas da Bibliotheca<\/a>.<\/h2>

Nossa parceira Yale Veras de Ara\u00fajo, atua desde 2013 como coordenadora da Biblioteca Professor Ary Diniz da Faculdade Pernambucana de Sa\u00fade, Recife-Pernambuco. Mestra em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o para o Ensino na \u00c1rea de Sa\u00fade pela Faculdade Pernambucana de Sa\u00fade, graduada em Biblioteconomia pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Tem experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea de Ci\u00eancia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00eanfase em Processos de Dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o, com foco principalmente nos seguintes temas: normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhos de conclus\u00e3o de curso, reposit\u00f3rios e acessibilidade.<\/p>

Ela nos contou como \u00e9 ter a tecnologia RFID<\/a> dentro da Biblioteca:<\/h2>

\u201cPara mim, ter a tecnologia RFID<\/a> foi uma das mudan\u00e7as mais significativas na minha rotina a experi\u00eancia do usu\u00e1rio com o uso das esta\u00e7\u00f5es de autoatendimento<\/a> e otimizou os processos internos elevando assim, a qualidade dos servi\u00e7os oferecidos pela dentro de uma biblioteca. A gest\u00e3o do acervo e do seu invent\u00e1rio<\/a> se tornou mais eficiente e segura, aumentou da seguran\u00e7a<\/a> do acervo monitorado em tempo real, dinamizou a biblioteca.\u201d<\/p>

A coordenadora da biblioteca, Yala deixou um conselho para outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es que pensam em levar automa\u00e7\u00e3o e seguran\u00e7a<\/a> para as suas bibliotecas:<\/p>

\u201cEu recomendo avaliar as necessidades espec\u00edficas do setor, pesquisar sobre as diferentes tecnologias de automa\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis no mercado e sistemas de autoatendimento<\/a>, investir nos sistemas de seguran\u00e7a<\/a> e suporte t\u00e9cnico para o acervo al\u00e9m de sua. Como eu ponderei antes, os sistemas RFID n\u00e3o s\u00f3 facilitam a automa\u00e7\u00e3o como tamb\u00e9m melhoram a seguran\u00e7a<\/a> como garantem a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do acervo. Recomendo tamb\u00e9m priorizar a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua da equipe para implementa\u00e7\u00e3o. Entendo que \u00e9 bem importante tamb\u00e9m estabelecer o feedback entre os usu\u00e1rios no processo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o para as novas tecnologias<\/a>, assim como relatar formalmente para as coordena\u00e7\u00f5es e dire\u00e7\u00e3o das institui\u00e7\u00f5es estes depoimentos. Isso impulsiona o uso dos servi\u00e7os da biblioteca e promove a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de melhorias para o setor.\u201d<\/p>
